Emberfall Keep is a home for stories that would otherwise live only in memory — the campaigns, characters, and chronicles of a small group of friends gathered around a table.

The Fellowship

Every campaign starts the same way: a handful of people, a set of dice, and a world that does not yet exist. Over the course of sessions, that world takes shape — cities are named, factions rise and fall, characters are forged through fire and bad rolls, and moments happen that no one at the table will ever quite forget.

Emberfall Keep was built to hold those moments. It is a record kept by the fellowship, for the fellowship — a place where the sessions are chronicled, the characters are remembered, and the lore of the world is preserved beyond the edge of the last session note.

What It Tracks

The site is organised around the things that matter most in a long campaign. Active and archived campaigns each have their own space, with session logs written in full, party members documented from first level onward, and a growing compendium of the NPCs, factions, and items the party has encountered along the way.

Maps — world maps, regional charts, dungeon layouts — are stored with named location pins so that the geography of the world stays legible between sessions. Nothing is worse than forgetting which road led to the keep that burned down in Session VII.

Built with Care

Emberfall Keep is a private site, built and maintained by the group itself. Content is edited through a browser-based admin panel — no code required — so every member of the party can keep their own character sheet up to date, and the Dungeon Master can add a session recap the morning after without touching a text editor.

The design takes its cues from the worlds it documents: dark, ink-and-parchment typography, a palette drawn from old fantasy illustration, and a structure built to last as long as the campaigns do.

Behind the Screen

Every world needs someone to build it. The gamemasters of Emberfall Keep are the architects behind the campaigns — the voices of every NPC, the designers of every dungeon, and the keepers of every secret the party hasn't uncovered yet.
